Refunds & Payouts

Refunds and payouts are only processed on business days (i.e. excluding Saturday, Sunday, and South African public holidays).
The time frame for refunds and payouts to reflect in the account is as follows:

– Payouts requested before 3:30pm will reflect within 48hrs.
– Refunds requested on the day can reflect within 48hrs – 72hrs.
