Refunds & Payouts

Refunds and payouts are only processed on business days (i.e. excluding Saturday, Sunday, and South African public holidays).
The time frame for refunds and payouts to reflect in the account is as follows:

– Payouts requested before 3:30pm will reflect within 48hrs.
– Refunds requested on the day can reflect within 48hrs – 72hrs.

  • No extra fees are payable to banks or payment gateways with EFTsecure.
  • Activation is subject to Callpay’s approval.
  • Account facility fees, transaction and settlement fees are billed at the end of the month.
  • Merchants are billed based on their monthly total processing volume, according to their respective tier.
  • The quoted prices do not apply to High Risk Merchants.
